Software shaped around your process
Not a generic CRM with your logo. The screens follow the sequence your team already works in, so training is a conversation rather than a course.
Tailor-made software on a modern stack, GDPR-native by default.
Sometimes the answer is not a model — it is software that fits the way your business actually runs. We build internal tools, customer-facing platforms and our own products, on a stack chosen for the next five years rather than the next demo. Hosted in Europe, designed around data protection from the first schema.
Your repository from day one, on standard frameworks.
Named in writing, with an agreement in place first.
Nothing in the architecture that only we can operate.
Designed at the schema, not added for a questionnaire.
Software your team prefers to the workaround it replaced, running on infrastructure your legal team is comfortable with.
Not a generic CRM with your logo. The screens follow the sequence your team already works in, so training is a conversation rather than a course.
Data minimisation, retention rules, role-based access, audit logging and deletion paths designed in at the schema level — not bolted on when the questionnaire arrives.
Deployed on EU infrastructure with documented processors, encrypted at rest and in transit, with a recovery plan that has actually been tested.
Standard frameworks, readable structure, tests on the parts that matter, and documentation. No lock-in built into the contract or the code.
Personal data has a lifecycle whether or not anyone designs one. We design it, name the obligation each stage satisfies, and enforce it with jobs rather than policy documents.
Only the fields the process actually needs. Every extra column has to justify itself at schema review.
Personal data is tagged in the model itself, so an export or a deletion never depends on someone remembering where it lives.
Role-based permissions with an audit log. Who saw what, and when, is a query rather than an investigation.
A retention rule per data class, enforced by a job — not by a policy document nobody runs.
A tested deletion path, including backups and derived records. The request that arrives on a Friday is a button.
Bring us one software problem and we'll scope it live.
Free, 20 minutes, and you leave with a ranked shortlist either way.
Named patterns rather than a capability list, because the shape of the solution is what determines the cost and the risk.
One place where a case, an order or a client moves through its lifecycle, replacing the tool-plus-spreadsheet-plus-inbox arrangement it grew out of.
Self-service for the requests that currently arrive by email — status, documents, forms — reducing inbound volume without reducing service.
From first schema to paying users: architecture, billing, multi-tenancy, and the operational tooling a product needs on day one rather than month nine.
You can stop after any step and keep what has been built.
A short call to find where AI has the biggest leverage in your business.
A working proof of concept, so you decide on evidence rather than promises.
Production deployment, integration, and ongoing improvement.

Yes, in full, including during the build rather than on final payment. The repository is yours, the infrastructure accounts can be in your name, and we use standard frameworks specifically so another team could pick it up. Lock-in is a business model we would rather not have.
Personal data is identified in the schema, minimised at collection, given a retention rule and a deletion path, and access to it is role-based and logged. Processors are documented before they are used. It means the data-protection answer exists in the codebase, not in a policy document written afterwards.
Often, yes. We start with a short review that reports honestly on what is worth keeping — sometimes the answer is that a rewrite of one module is cheaper than maintaining all of it, and sometimes the existing system is fine and the real problem is elsewhere.
Your choice. We can hand over with documentation and a runbook, stay on for operations, or something in between. Whichever you pick, the deployment is reproducible and the monitoring is in place before launch rather than after the first outage.
A free 20-minute call, no strings attached. We will tell you where the leverage is — and where it is not.
