Let's find your highest-leverage AI use case.
A free 20-minute call, no strings attached. You talk to the engineers who would build it — there is nobody else here to talk to.
Tell us what is slow, expensive or repetitive. We will tell you whether AI is the right tool, and where we would start if it is.

01Send a note
Four fields. That's the whole form.
02The call
Twenty minutes, three parts.
No slides, no discovery questionnaire, no attempt to widen scope while you are on the phone.
- 01
You describe the work
Not the technology — the work. What takes the longest, what gets redone, where the errors show up and who notices them.
- 02
We name the candidates
Usually two or three. We say which one we would start with, roughly what it would take, and which ideas we would leave alone.
- 03
You decide what happens next
Prototype, think about it, or nothing at all. There is no follow-up sequence and no proposal you did not ask for.
03Before you write
Three things people usually ask.
- Is the call really free?
- Yes, and there is no second call that is not. We use it to work out whether there is something worth building. If there is not, we say so and you have lost twenty minutes.
- Do I need to prepare anything?
- No. It helps if someone who does the work day to day is on the call, but a rough description of what is slow is enough to start.
- Will you sign an NDA first?
- Happily, if you would like one in place before the conversation. Send it over and we will sign it, or use ours.
